Want to know how embroidery works? What does it take to set a job up? How much does it cost? If you are asking these questions then you are at the right place for answers. In order to embroider, your image must be converted from artwork to a thread design that can be sewn by our computerized machines. This process is called digitizing. In order for this process to work and be of the highest quality, your original artwork needs to be sent to us in the highest resolution and largest size. 300 DPI or larger is preferred. There is a one time fee for this process of a minimum $40.00 for each logo or image we digitize. This fee will be waived if we embroider 36 pieces or more of the logo. If you have your logo digitized in an OFM file you may attach that to an e-mail with your order and you will not be charged this fee. If you are adding a personal name to your garment with your logo, there is no setup fee for the additional text. All of our stitching is handled by four Amaya Embroidery Machines.
